That does not change the fact of how ForMor International - Chris Gingrasso treated me.
No one will ever convince me that Formor International did not steal my sales, I watched it happen on my stat counter, people called me.. there was and is nothing I can do but warn folks though they seem to Not believe me, oh well this is my Story, my experience and whether you believe me or not does not change the Truth of what REALLY happened.
ForMor International Constantly sabotaged my business and took from me, why not fire me long before they used me, copied my ideas, stole my Internet traffic and then harassed me and All in the name of God, of Scriptures sent to me.. WHAT?

Some Say that ForMor did not Lower the Price of Cardio Cocktail to Compete with another Product..
They say that ForMor International in all their compassion, lowered the price of Cardio Cocktail due to Economic Times... and well these folks fell for that .. hook line and sinker.

Let's Look at the integrity of some of the leaders at Formor International
Now let’s look at the integrity of some of the leaders at ForMor International that are responsible for making all the changes and setting the new direction for ForMor.
Todd Bates…
Todd Bates has been with ForMor since 1996. Todd Bates originally was a distributor sponsored by David Nelson, but then left behind his organization behind to join the ForMor corporate team.
Obviously he was not making enough money. Later he decided to go back in the field and become a distributor. What is interesting was ForMor took some high volume distributors away from Ragon Moore, and created a new leg outside of Ragon Moore.
Now Mr. Moore (brought the idea of the 15-45 compensation plan to ForMor, his ID number is 1 and was always promised that everyone would be in his downline. ForMor broke their promise with Ragon Moore, which hurt him deeply and he was no longer visible at any of the ForMor functions.
At the meeting in November 2008, Todd Bates admitted to the entire group present, that he was not making the income he was telling everyone he was making and emphasized the need to change the comp plan.
Now, ForMor knew exactly what Todd Bates was earning, yet they allowed him to make false income claims on conference calls and at meetings all over the country.
James Abbey…
James Abbey could not meet the qualification to get paid the Double Diamond Elite bonus and told his sponsor Todd Bates that he was not making enough money.
Mr. Bates went into the back office in ForMor and moved Kevin Casanova from under himself and placed him under James Abbey giving Mr. Abbey the volume needed to qualify for the Double diamond Elite bonus.
James Abbey earned that extra $1500 check the old fashion way…it was given to him.
Kevin Casanova…could not meet the qualification to get paid the Double Diamond Elite bonus and told his sponsor Todd Bates he was not making enough money to stick with the program. Mr. Bates went into the ForMor back office and once again moved volume from directly under James Abbey and placed it under Kevin Casanova so he could now qualify to get paid the extra $1500.
This information was common knowledge among the distributors who actually earned their Double Diamond Elite bonus. It infuriated them to learn their checks became smaller because a couple of individuals, who did not earn the bonus, joined this prestigious group, which lowered their pay out from the bonus pool.
David Bolden…while Dr. Harry Elwardt and Al Sewell were attending ForMor University, David Bolden approached them with an offer.
He explained that he was going to sign up a new distributor in Russia and that this distributor was responsible for all the volume that he and Dan Hobbs had with their last MLM company. (in Case your Wondering Why Dan Hobbs showed up.. I mean he is VERY bad at Marketing, yet he is touted as a Marketing Guru.. there HAD to be OTHER connections.. I Get Internet Markeing and Believe Me Dan Hobbs DOES NOT.. he Does not even own his own dotcom but brags about being able to Market you.. Dan Hobbs can only market with hate, discrimination and lies.... In My Informed, Experienced .. Opinion)
David Bolden's idea was to sign this person under Al Sewell and with Dr. Elwardt’s assistance of introducing the DPAs to Russia; it would be a win win for everyone.
His only requirement for this to happen was for Dr. Elwardt to approve to move his entire downline under David Bolden.
He completed the meeting by saying, "don’t let anyone else know about this."
Dr. Elwardt, at the time, saw no problem with this move and approved it with his sponsor Todd Bates. The move took place immediately, the Russian distributor was signed up under Al Sewell and then the Russians started pouring into the company…WRONG!
One month went by…two months…three months and so on. Not one person signed up under this Russian. Now, who benefits the most from the termination of Al Sewell and Dr. Elwardt? David Bolden Does...
So, you can see shenanigans like this have been going on for some time. ForMor has their favorites and allows their favorites freedom to do whatever they want. And if anyone opposes ForMor…they will just cut their legs out from under them. (Kind of Like a Supplement Mafai or an MLM Cartel)
Rumor has it that when Chris Gingrasso announced on a leaders conference call that Dr. Harry's termination letter was mailed out… that all these leaders actually cheered on the phone.
Why is this? They all loved Dr. Harry when they were using him to get rich, and then when they had sucked the life from his business they simply removed him. DO NOT doubt that YOU will BE Next.
There is NOT One Reason to Trust ANYONE at the Corporate Level or Top Cronies at ForMor Internation, if they will do this to Top Distributors, they will do this to you.
ForMor International, Magician Chris Gingrasso and all those Elite Boys at ForMOR are not of Integrity and if you build your business at ForMor International well then you are Wasting your Time, your money, Your Family's Time, and you are NOT building a Future..

ForMor Price Gouging Ends- Distributors are Still Fleeing Due to Total Lack of Integrity
Cardio Cocktail has had a MAJOR price Reduction, Not to long ago Cardio Cocktail was $79.95 a bottle and now it is $39.95. No one can be sure how long the latest ForMor bait and switch will last but for now you can get Cardio Cocktail for the same price as their now competing product, except for they are very different for alot of reasons, Integrity the biggest one, we will talk about that later.
When a Company such as ForMor International loses the Respect of it's Distributor's, Does not stand in integrity, does not follow through with what they say they will do and deliberately rips off the Distributor's that built their company, they fall, it is inevitable.
No One Wants to work for a company that they have lost all trust in. Dan Hobbs, the One Man show, has basically ruined ForMor International and they may never recover.
I can never again Trust ForMor, they sucked me in with the 15 - 45 split then after tons of hard work and a whole lot of money and putting my integrity on the line by bringing in others, then they just took away the 15 - 45 and at the same time they knocked my links out on my websites every week or so. ForMor International made it impossible to run an honest business. Now they are trying to hold on to YOU by lower the price of their star product.
Obviously the HUGE question everyone is asking me is WHY NOW? If ForMor can go this low on their price, have they been deliberately price gouging us for year now? And if they were making this much of a Profit Margin why Be So Greedy as to take away the 15 - 45 Profit split?
I guess ForMor thought they were the only game in town and so you had to play with the. But now there are plenty more options for Liquid Arginine and Seriously ForMor sucks on so many levels it is hard to count them all.

ForMor who accuses me of Bait and Switch is at it again, they are Grasping to keep distributors with their HUGE price Reduction, they are sucking in new people with this reduction and YOU know by their Track Record that once they win back your belief in them they will knock your business out from under you in every way they can.
They will take website traffic, they will take away the price reduction, take away the split, and you will have built another HUGE downline, and then they can break out the Highly Discriminator handbook and remove you as a Distributor any time they like for something say such as having a website when no one does, or signing up a spouse though they all do...
Hiring Dan Hobbs was the biggest, most Greedy mistake ForMor ever Made and there is no way to recover from what this marketing genius has done to them. One man RUINED decades of Formor's integrity that they had built up, he changed the pay plan, slammed the members, and that on top of ForMor lying about NO distributors having websites according to POLICY when we all did. I believe they did this so they could take your downline at any moment.
So now Arginex, Did they reduce this price.. Hmmm.. So the Cardio Cocktail Prices reduction is just to Compete with Good Life International's Superior Product called Mega Cardio Health Plus. And if ForMor can really go this low but Ripped us all off for years, why not lower Arginex?

Is Chris Gingrasso Vice President of Advanced Products as Well As ForMor International?
I think So, Check it out for yourself. It is kind of like For Mor Inc. And Advanced Products are the same company. For Mor Pays Advanced Products to make Cardio Cocktail and Nobel Energy Dring - Right? Yet the same owners and VP are both companies, why the Separation? Is it Taxes? Is it Money ? Chris Gingrasso Of ForMor International has threatened that I had better not Post any ForMor International, Trade Secrets or else he will have to dip into his secret bag of “Legal Remedies”. ( I think it is a New ForMor drink or some Chris Gingrasso Magic Trick)

Does Business and Bible Scriptures Really have a Place Together?
I feel that my Customers, Clients and Potential Business relationships should not be about religious beliefs. I think peoples spiritual belief should be their private Business. And should not be mixed in with Business activities.
I felt that ForMor did not like me last summer, and have felt their pressure all along in pushing a Religous overtone on to my Cardio Cocktail business.
I thought naaaa this can't be true when I first recognized it, but over time it kept coming up. And then the Dan Hobbs Video drove it home for me. Today I got a Cease and Desist, a Distributor Suspension and Termination Letter all rolled up in one from Chris Gingrasso of ForMor International. You can read more about that down below, this Post is about the Religiom that ForMor pushes into the Cardio Cocktail Business without disclosing it up front.
Everyone has a right to their belief system, However, this is business and we should NOT be discriminating and talking badly about those who are different then us. Either it is about building a business or recruiting religeous members. Two very Separate "Agendas" in my opinion.

I know that Chris Gingrasso has a Non-Profit Called Impact Ministries, INC. Fine, however, why push this into a business selling a health drink, health products.

This Scripture was on the Bottom of My Cease and Desist letter from Chris Gingrasso of Formor International, My "official" Suspension and Termination Notice by ForMor International. I am all for Freedom of Religion, however, is it really necessary to be so intertwined in business. I had no idea BEFORE I signed up as a Cardio Cocktail distributor. And I feel Distributors have a right to Know BEFORE they sign.
From My Personal Experience I Feel that ForMor International DOES not adhere to this scripture. They do NOT practice what they preach. ForMor Does not put into actions the Scriptures they pretend to have their business based on. Every Distributor gets to decide for themselvs, and every customer.. however.. how can you make Good, Informed Decisions if you do not have all the information necessary to really make a good decision, and BEFORE you Sign up with Formor International as a Distributor selling Cardio Cocktail, Nobel Drink and Nobel Energy Drink?
I felt that ForMor did not like me last summer, and have felt their pressure all along in pushing a Religous overtone on to my Cardio Cocktail business.
I thought naaaa this can't be true when I first recognized it, but over time it kept coming up. And then the Dan Hobbs Video drove it home for me. Today I got a Cease and Desist, a Distributor Suspension and Termination Letter all rolled up in one from Chris Gingrasso of ForMor International. You can read more about that down below, this Post is about the Religiom that ForMor pushes into the Cardio Cocktail Business without disclosing it up front.
Everyone has a right to their belief system, However, this is business and we should NOT be discriminating and talking badly about those who are different then us. Either it is about building a business or recruiting religeous members. Two very Separate "Agendas" in my opinion.

This Scripture was on the Bottom of My Cease and Desist letter from Chris Gingrasso of Formor International, My "official" Suspension and Termination Notice by ForMor International. I am all for Freedom of Religion, however, is it really necessary to be so intertwined in business. I had no idea BEFORE I signed up as a Cardio Cocktail distributor. And I feel Distributors have a right to Know BEFORE they sign.
From My Personal Experience I Feel that ForMor International DOES not adhere to this scripture. They do NOT practice what they preach. ForMor Does not put into actions the Scriptures they pretend to have their business based on. I kind of Wish ForMor International's Religious intentions, judgement and discrimination were DISCLOSED to me when I first Signed up. It would have saved a HUGE amount of Money and Work for me. Finding out Later and being TOTALLY discriminated against caused me to Lose what I had built, had I known upfront I would not have joined and would not be out thousands of hours and thousands of dollars.

So ForMor International Sent me a Termination Letter, kind of a Cease and Desist. Chris Gingrasso MUST protect ForMor's "Distributor Force".
This letter from Chris Gingrasso is disguised as a Distributor Suspension letter, but hey I wanted to quit months ago so I am not offended at all by a Termination. But this letter is kind of a Cease and Desist mixed in with a Suspension, a Termination, Legal Threats and Bible Scriptures is something new for me and kind of says For Mor Inc. was not sure really what to say to me.
They want me afraid of using copyrighted material or say a logo.. yet they sent me a letter that is now my personal property and if I post it here is that Copyright Infringement, well I guess we will see. (This Letter from Chris Gingrasso will Be Posted Soon)
Maybe the threat of "exposing trade secrets" or other "propietary" material is about me not posting the emails I got last summer from Chris Gingrasso. I certainly will be posting these Emails, they were sent to me, and I feel the Public, the Consumer has a Right to Know the Truth About For Mor International
Apparently the ForMor Ethics Committee deems this site and www.DanHobbs.com as Unethical, Unacceptable and is ground for termination. ForMor International accusing me of Bait and Switch is so funny, because over the last year my Websites on Top of ALL the search engines for Cardio Cocktail got them customers and quite often they sneakily changed their links and I certainly did not get paid for this Bait and Switch trick, I have emails with Chris Gingrasso from last summer on this and it only got worse from there.
Not to mention ForMor tricked me in signing up with NON-Disclosure, then their true intentions, goals and motives came out later after a HUGE amount of my work, my money and my time was spent on building their brand "Cardio Cocktail". And now after I know the Truth and QUIT ForMor International, they pulled a bait and switch because they get to keep my downline.

Question if the Vice President of ForMor Runs a Non-Profit Such as This, Does he, just a thought here, does he then get all kinds of Tax Rights off?
