ForMor sticks it to the distributors again

This seems to be the standard procedure for returned items.

I had someone in my downline return bottles of Argenix to ForMor and below is ForMor's unbelievable response.

To Whom it Concerns,
This response is quite interesting. If these paid out bonuses are correct, the product itself is no real value-that is manufacturing costs are basically nil. Should give us something to think about!!!

Hello Distributor,

In reference to the orders you returned from Nov/Dec 2008, we will be issuing a refund to you minus the bonus amounts paid out to your upline. See the breakdown as follows:

The order from November was $241.73 (not including shipping) we paid-out in bonuses $231.00.

The order from December was $241.73 (not including shipping) we paid-out in bonuses $231.00

The total refund which will be put back on the credit card used for these purchases, ending in **************, will be $21.46. We will make this refund tomorrow.

The following is my response:

This is an outright lie! The product cost $39.95 per bottle of which $14.95 is uncommissionable. ForMor also states that their maximum payout is 83%, which leaves 17% of 25 BV which equals $4.25...so he should be getting back $4.25 + $14.95 or $19.20 per bottle X12 bottles equals $230.40. Where they come up with the $21.46 is truly a mystery. He would be better off demanding the 12 bottles back!


A commission of $231 on a $243.70 comes out to 95.5%. No company would be able to stay in business with this much of a payout.


If I was this Distributor, I would pursue this further.

ForMor is putting Distributors out of business

With the recent price decrease Formor is putting it’s distributors in the unemployment line. Part time Distributors will be forced to only purchase what they can personally use and I can tell you, it is not 4 Bottles per month.

There is no way one person can absorb 4 quarts of product every month. With the new qualification and price structure it will be necessary to stock pile product in the garage. The part time distributor will be forced to quit. With a stock pile of product nobody wants. Can’t sell, can’t give away, even the dog won’t eat it. You will have to throw it down the drain.

ForMor On Returned products ~ Didn’t you know they are not refunded?

My upline purchased a large quantity of ForMor Product unfortunately for the week before the bottom fell out at ForMor International and they began a Liquidation sale, no pun intended.

This valuable Distributor has no recourse but to “Eat It”.

Here one of the questions shared with us in an email letter issued by ForMor International in response to the Distributors that were nailed one last time by the ForMor International’s previous “Price Gouging” tactics.

What should I do with Cardio Cocktail that I have in stock at the higher price?

ForMor’s Scripted answer for distributors to issue:

"What I have decided to do with my stock (I have about 25 bottles) is to sell them at the $49.95 Even though we paid $ 69.95 to be compliant with new pricing and move what I have even though this may be at a bit of a loss. The long-term benefit of this change is what I have decided to focus on. For the most part I am using my stock to give people their first order and have what I gave them shipped back to me. We call this “Revolving Inventory”. "

This is Bull. The distributor has lost all credibility. The product is widely available for less money.

Some Say that ForMor did not Lower the Price of Cardio Cocktail to Compete with another Product..

They say that ForMor International in all their compassion, lowered the price of Cardio Cocktail due to Economic Times... and well these folks fell for that .. hook line and sinker.

The Truth is they Lowered the Price to Look like they are competing with the New and Well in my Opinion better Product from a better Company, that from where I am sitting actually seems to have morals and respect for those who make them money..

Anyway... ForMor Did not Do this to Help YOU during Bad Economic times, you have to now buy 4 bottles of Cardio Cocktail instead of 2 bottles of Cardio Cocktail, your buy in to qualify is quite a bit more and the shipping is twice as much...

ForMor says that you can be your own boss

ForMor says that you can be your own boss and own your own company…but who actually owns that company. It is obvious you work for ForMor and they own your business and can fire you at anytime for any reason.

ForMor says you can build a residual check that can pay you for a lifetime and you can pass that check to your family if something should happen…but in all actuality, they can strip you or your family of that money at anytime for any reason.

ForMor International Lies, are You Willing to Take the Risk?

B-16 EFFECT OF RESIGNATION OR TERMINATION

Resignation or termination results in the Distributor's permanent loss of the rights to his or her sponsored downline organization,
which then moves under the control of ForMor International which has the right to operate or dispose of it as it sees fit. So Why Bother Joining ForMor International at all, it makes no business, ethical or Moral sense what so ever.

Furthermore, the resigning or terminated Distributor shall have no right to purchase additional products or receive additional commissions or bonuses from ForMor International.

If a Distributor's Distributorship is terminated from any ForMor International affiliated company, whether domestic or foreign, the Distributorship governed by these Policies & Procedures may also be terminated.

A Distributor who has had his or her Distributor status terminated by ForMor International may make re-application as a Distributor after waiting twelve (12) months from the date the termination became effective.

Termination is retroactive to the beginning of the month in which the termination became effective. So Most Get their Downline Stolen at the End of the month by ForMor International.

Any payment of commissions or bonuses will be made only for business completed during the last full calendar month prior to termination. No terminated Distributor shall represent themselves as a Distributor of ForMor International products.

I understand being in business to make MONEY, but why change things so much and keep everyone stirred up, keep YOU working harder and harder and not letting you reap the rewards from it, and when your blood, sweat and tears over a decade finally starts paying you so you can take a day or two off, ForMOR like a thief in the night, above the law, and lacking any Morals sneaks in and Steal your Work, your Money, your time from your children, your LIFE... and you cannot do anything about it?

Why did ForMor quit selling and endorsing the use of the Digital Pulsewave Analyzer?

The Digital Pulsewave Analyzer ( the DPA Machine) was, at one time being sold through ForMor International as a package deal that included several bottles of their arginine product Argenix.

People using the DPA screening device were testing people, recording the results, starting them on Argenix and then showing them how much they improved 4 to 6 weeks later.

The results were amazing and everyone was excited about the possibilities, until ForMor released their new formula arginine called Cardio Cocktail.

Not only was the cost of this product twice as much as the Argenix, but people using the DPA starting noticing they were not getting the same positive results they were getting when using the Argenix; in fact, many customers tests actually got worse.

This was a red flag for ForMor so they pulled the selling of the DPA technology and started telling their distributors to quit using their DPAs.

ForMor International did this instead of Making Arginex Better? ForMor International is in no way Consumer Friendly and is NOT acting with Good Faith and Within the Boundaries of the law.
