Is the TRUTH a Copyright Infringement....

It is NOT Fair to Hide the Truth and Say I am infringing on Copyright.. if FORMOR will NOT keep up the TRUTH.. the REAL video and the Public, the Consumer has a Right to know and I post it .. how come that infringes on copyright?
