Does Business and Bible Scriptures Really have a Place Together?

I feel that my Customers, Clients and Potential Business relationships should not be about religious beliefs. I think peoples spiritual belief should be their private Business. And should not be mixed in with Business activities.

I felt that ForMor did not like me last summer, and have felt their pressure all along in pushing a Religous overtone on to my Cardio Cocktail business.

I thought naaaa this can't be true when I first recognized it, but over time it kept coming up. And then the Dan Hobbs Video drove it home for me. Today I got a Cease and Desist, a Distributor Suspension and Termination Letter all rolled up in one from Chris Gingrasso of ForMor International. You can read more about that down below, this Post is about the Religiom that ForMor pushes into the Cardio Cocktail Business without disclosing it up front.

Everyone has a right to their belief system, However, this is business and we should NOT be discriminating and talking badly about those who are different then us. Either it is about building a business or recruiting religeous members. Two very Separate "Agendas" in my opinion.

I know that Chris Gingrasso has a Non-Profit Called Impact Ministries, INC. Fine, however, why push this into a business selling a health drink, health products.

This Scripture was on the Bottom of My Cease and Desist letter from Chris Gingrasso of Formor International, My "official" Suspension and Termination Notice by ForMor International. I am all for Freedom of Religion, however, is it really necessary to be so intertwined in business. I had no idea BEFORE I signed up as a Cardio Cocktail distributor. And I feel Distributors have a right to Know BEFORE they sign.

From My Personal Experience I Feel that ForMor International DOES not adhere to this scripture. They do NOT practice what they preach. ForMor Does not put into actions the Scriptures they pretend to have their business based on. Every Distributor gets to decide for themselvs, and every customer.. however.. how can you make Good, Informed Decisions if you do not have all the information necessary to really make a good decision, and BEFORE you Sign up with Formor International as a Distributor selling Cardio Cocktail, Nobel Drink and Nobel Energy Drink?

I kind of Wish ForMor International's Religious intentions, judgement and discrimination were DISCLOSED to me when I first Signed up. It would have saved a HUGE amount of Money and Work for me. Finding out Later and being TOTALLY discriminated against caused me to Lose what I had built, had I known upfront I would not have joined and would not be out thousands of hours and thousands of dollars.

Before I Signed Up to Be a ForMor International Distributor
I should have been made aware of the way I would be treated
if I did not have the same religious belief.

So ForMor International Sent me a Termination Letter, kind of a Cease and Desist. Chris Gingrasso MUST protect ForMor's "Distributor Force".

This letter from Chris Gingrasso is disguised as a Distributor Suspension letter, but hey I wanted to quit months ago so I am not offended at all by a Termination. But this letter is kind of a Cease and Desist mixed in with a Suspension, a Termination, Legal Threats and Bible Scriptures is something new for me and kind of says For Mor Inc. was not sure really what to say to me.

They want me afraid of using copyrighted material or say a logo.. yet they sent me a letter that is now my personal property and if I post it here is that Copyright Infringement, well I guess we will see. (This Letter from Chris Gingrasso will Be Posted Soon)

Maybe the threat of "exposing trade secrets" or other "propietary" material is about me not posting the emails I got last summer from Chris Gingrasso. I certainly will be posting these Emails, they were sent to me, and I feel the Public, the Consumer has a Right to Know the Truth About For Mor International

Apparently the ForMor Ethics Committee deems this site and www.DanHobbs.com as Unethical, Unacceptable and is ground for termination. They must think that after Dan Hobbs disgusting, immoral, degrading video that I still want to work for ForMor. There is No Way I want to Work for or Promote ForMor International or Dan Hobbs in ANY way. They are seriously on the Wrong side of the Moral Compass and I do not like the way they do business, that is Just My personal Opinion.

Anyway, Chris Gingrasso of ForMor International calls this blog telling my experience as a Distributor at ForMor International as Judge - Jury and Executioner... This is Simply NOT TRUE.. I am just one gal out there in the world and this is my story. It is not about such drama as that.. Kind of sounds like they are accusing me of Trial By Blog.

ForMor accuses me of "False Assumptions" hmmm.. WHAT.. I am telling my story, my opinion, my experience with ForMor International as a Distributor, How is that a False Assumption? I mean their emails to me, my experience and THEIR VIDEO did not leave a whole lot of room for assumptions, it was Flat Out Obvious how ForMor International feels about folks that are "Different" then they are. One does not need to make Assumptions to Know that.

Well if ForMor sues me for exposing Trade Secrets, for Telling the Truth and other yammerings they threatened in their LETTER, I will let you know.

If Dan Hobbs, Chriss Gingrasso, For Mor Inc., and ForMor international wish to spend some time in the court system and really get my Story out there, I welcome it. This is not about Recruiting... I get internet marketing and have no problem STANDING out for ANY product I sell. ForMor says I am "luring" people to my website / blog actually, under the guise of offering information on Dan Hobbs or ForMor. This is a Flat Out Lie.. I DO NOT hide the fact of what the site is about or who I am in ANY way.

ForMor says that I am attempting to lead you to another NETWORK, I AM NOT in anyway.. DO NOT take this as an attempt to Lead your From ForMOR.. I only feel you, the consumer deserve to KNOW the truth, deserve to hear my story - my experience with ForMor international.

ForMor, Chris Gingrasso says that I am "interfering with the free exercise of our contractual rights with these distributors may force us to use available legal remedies to protect our distributor force"

You threatened me last summer, I am quite use to it by now. And what is all this Mumbo Jumbo really mean anyway? I am not interfering with anyone doing anything, it is a blog on a domain name you should have owned years ago, oh well. How am I interfering with your "contractual rights" with your distributors?

And are you Kidding? You want to protect your "Distributor Force", what a line of Bull that is. You killed the pay plan they made a living from, you knocked out their links to STOP them from doing business online, you did not listen to their legitimate complaints, you have NOT protected your "Distributor Force" before this and your trying to threaten me that you will now, I just don't think that is your true motive here.

What is "Available Legal Remedies"? Is this going to be your latest Energy Drink Concept.. "Legal Remedies" by ForMor... or is this a Threat of Suing me for Telling the Truth. Well Chris Gingrasso.. .. I am not afraid of the Truth. If you Sue me for telling the Truth and you Win... well I would like to see what the "Blogsphere" - the online community has to say about that. And still it will not Stop me from Telling the Truth about MY True Experience as a ForMor Distributor selling Cardio Cocktail.

The end of this LETTER says if I wish to "appeal this suspending" then I am to send a letter to their offices, NOT VIA EMAIL... ForMor International seems to be so offended by a Distributor QUITTING ForMor electronically, they WILL NOT stand for it... But yet they sign people up that way.. One more Double Standard, ForMOR style.

I have no intention of appealing my suspension, I am thankful that ForMor actually let me quit this time around. I have nothing to hide and I welcome your "Available Legal Remedy". This blog is NOT libel, it is not defamation, it is my True experience at ForMor International. I have a Right to share my experience. If you want to Rebuttal.. start your own blog and let me have it.. USE whatever MEANS necessary to "PROTECT your Distributor Force"

This Website is my True Experience with ForMor, yes I do sell another similar product, that is because I take it... I have heart issues, Arginine is a Miracle so yes I take another arginine product because I NEED TO.

This website is not to Sign you up for Anything, it is not to get you to leave ForMor. I don't Care about that. I am a consumer advocate online, just google me and find that I speak for consumers and victims who are not being heard on many subjects, not just ForMor International. I feel that the consumer has a right to know what is REALLY in what they are drinking and what a Company is really about.

Many love ForMor for their beliefs... so be it.. I Simply do not. I am only one voice, one experience. Why would I need this technique of bait and switch that ForMor has accused me of in their Official Letter to me? I am on top of the Market, I have no need to lure people in on the disguise of "Dan Hobbs" or of "ForMor" as they are accusing me of.... I am simply telling my story of my experience..

ForMor International accusing me of Bait and Switch is so funny, because over the last year my Websites on Top of ALL the search engines for Cardio Cocktail got them customers and quite often they sneakily changed their links and I certainly did not get paid for this Bait and Switch trick, I have emails with Chris Gingrasso from last summer on this and it only got worse from there.

Not to mention ForMor tricked me in signing up with NON-Disclosure, then their true intentions, goals and motives came out later after a HUGE amount of my work, my money and my time was spent on building their brand "Cardio Cocktail". And now after I know the Truth and QUIT ForMor International, they pulled a bait and switch because they get to keep my downline.

DO NOT EMAIL me about THE OTHER PRODUCT... it makes no difference to me, I eat either way .. I make a living at Real Estate as a Broker Owner and I am not trying to BAIT and SWITCH you as ForMor international, I mean For Mor Inc. accuses me of in my letter from ForMor's Vice President Chris Gingrasso.

Truth.

ForMor wants me to Shut Up. Of course they do. ForMor has notably treated me badly, lied to me personally, and has made it impossible for me to make money at ForMor. ForMOR International now wants me to stop talking about them based on threats of "libel" but the thing is this is my TRUE story of what REALLY happened to me at ForMor International as a Cardio Cocktail Distributor. I believed in ForMor and they treated me badly.

ForMor wants me to fear a Lawsuit from them if I don't shut this site down, however, this site is my TRUTH and ForMor would NEVER have seen it had I not posted it on their video directly to them. Now they have sent me a letter Terminating me, Gee that hurt... I tried to quit and they would not let me.

ForMor Wants me to fear talking about them, to fear copyright infringement For telling the Truth, they have threatened that their "material" is propiertary and that I cannot post anything with their label or from my back office as a Cardio Cocktail, ForMor distributer.

What do you think ForMor is hiding in their secret back office? What could they not want me to Show you, the Consumer who deserves to know the TRUTH.. sure does make you want what they are hiding.

It is not my fault that the big boys in marketing at ForMor did not know enough to buy their own dotcom. It is not my fault at how Formor really did treat me and I have every right to tell my story.

ForMor Treated me badly and alot happened over the last 1.5 year that I intend to share however, what sent me over the edge was the Video of Dan Hobbs and his horrible discriminatory remarks which really do show what ForMor is all about.

I am all for Spiritual Belief, I am also for Practice What you Preach... however, FORMOR goes to far with mixing Religion and Business. This video showed their prejudice side very clear and they want it to go away, the Truth is bad press so they want to get me on Copyright infringement... seemingly unafraid of the thousand of other video share sites in the world that may not be afraid of them.

Is ForMor afraid I will Post their Policies and Procedures that they do not really follow? Why have they threatened that I do not post anything "propiertary".. Stay Tuned I will be Posting my "Official" letter from ForMor International Soon.
