This response is quite interesting. If these paid out bonuses are correct, the product itself is no real value-that is manufacturing costs are basically nil. Should give us something to think about!!!

The order from November was $241.73 (not including shipping) we paid-out in bonuses $231.00.
The order from December was $241.73 (not including shipping) we paid-out in bonuses $231.00
The total refund which will be put back on the credit card used for these purchases, ending in **************, will be $21.46. We will make this refund tomorrow.

The following is my response:
This is an outright lie! The product cost $39.95 per bottle of which $14.95 is uncommissionable. ForMor also states that their maximum payout is 83%, which leaves 17% of 25 BV which equals $4.25...so he should be getting back $4.25 + $14.95 or $19.20 per bottle X12 bottles equals $230.40. Where they come up with the $21.46 is truly a mystery. He would be better off demanding the 12 bottles back!
A commission of $231 on a $243.70 comes out to 95.5%. No company would be able to stay in business with this much of a payout.
If I was this Distributor, I would pursue this further.

ForMor is putting Distributors out of business
With the recent price decrease Formor is putting it’s distributors in the unemployment line. Part time Distributors will be forced to only purchase what they can personally use and I can tell you, it is not 4 Bottles per month.
There is no way one person can absorb 4 quarts of product every month. With the new qualification and price structure it will be necessary to stock pile product in the garage. The part time distributor will be forced to quit. With a stock pile of product nobody wants. Can’t sell, can’t give away, even the dog won’t eat it. You will have to throw it down the drain.

My upline purchased a large quantity of ForMor Product unfortunately for the week before the bottom fell out at ForMor International and they began a Liquidation sale, no pun intended.

This is Bull. The distributor has lost all credibility. The product is widely available for less money.

Some Say that ForMor did not Lower the Price of Cardio Cocktail to Compete with another Product..
They say that ForMor International in all their compassion, lowered the price of Cardio Cocktail due to Economic Times... and well these folks fell for that .. hook line and sinker.

Al Sewell - Formor International Distributor
Al Sewell was responsible for bringing a great number of African Americans to join the ForMor International business. Al Sewell was always a favorite on stage with the people at the conventions and could excite any crowd with his enthusiasm. Right after his personal friend and sponsor, Dr. Harry Elwardt, was terminated, he and his friend Dave Parker, started getting phone calls from Stan Goss, Chris Gingrasso and Dave Bolden pleading with them to not follow Dr. Elwardt. When Al refused, he was terminated; his check stripped from him and once again told he was cross recruiting without providing any proof.

Now let’s look at the integrity of some of the leaders at ForMor International that are responsible for making all the changes and setting the new direction for ForMor.
Todd Bates…
Todd Bates has been with ForMor since 1996. Todd Bates originally was a distributor sponsored by David Nelson, but then left behind his organization behind to join the ForMor corporate team.
Obviously he was not making enough money. Later he decided to go back in the field and become a distributor. What is interesting was ForMor took some high volume distributors away from Ragon Moore, and created a new leg outside of Ragon Moore.
Now Mr. Moore (brought the idea of the 15-45 compensation plan to ForMor, his ID number is 1 and was always promised that everyone would be in his downline. ForMor broke their promise with Ragon Moore, which hurt him deeply and he was no longer visible at any of the ForMor functions.
At the meeting in November 2008, Todd Bates admitted to the entire group present, that he was not making the income he was telling everyone he was making and emphasized the need to change the comp plan.
Now, ForMor knew exactly what Todd Bates was earning, yet they allowed him to make false income claims on conference calls and at meetings all over the country.
James Abbey…
James Abbey could not meet the qualification to get paid the Double Diamond Elite bonus and told his sponsor Todd Bates that he was not making enough money.
Mr. Bates went into the back office in ForMor and moved Kevin Casanova from under himself and placed him under James Abbey giving Mr. Abbey the volume needed to qualify for the Double diamond Elite bonus.
James Abbey earned that extra $1500 check the old fashion way…it was given to him.
Kevin Casanova…could not meet the qualification to get paid the Double Diamond Elite bonus and told his sponsor Todd Bates he was not making enough money to stick with the program. Mr. Bates went into the ForMor back office and once again moved volume from directly under James Abbey and placed it under Kevin Casanova so he could now qualify to get paid the extra $1500.
This information was common knowledge among the distributors who actually earned their Double Diamond Elite bonus. It infuriated them to learn their checks became smaller because a couple of individuals, who did not earn the bonus, joined this prestigious group, which lowered their pay out from the bonus pool.
David Bolden…while Dr. Harry Elwardt and Al Sewell were attending ForMor University, David Bolden approached them with an offer.
He explained that he was going to sign up a new distributor in Russia and that this distributor was responsible for all the volume that he and Dan Hobbs had with their last MLM company. (in Case your Wondering Why Dan Hobbs showed up.. I mean he is VERY bad at Marketing, yet he is touted as a Marketing Guru.. there HAD to be OTHER connections.. I Get Internet Markeing and Believe Me Dan Hobbs DOES NOT.. he Does not even own his own dotcom but brags about being able to Market you.. Dan Hobbs can only market with hate, discrimination and lies.... In My Informed, Experienced .. Opinion)
David Bolden's idea was to sign this person under Al Sewell and with Dr. Elwardt’s assistance of introducing the DPAs to Russia; it would be a win win for everyone.
His only requirement for this to happen was for Dr. Elwardt to approve to move his entire downline under David Bolden.
He completed the meeting by saying, "don’t let anyone else know about this."
Dr. Elwardt, at the time, saw no problem with this move and approved it with his sponsor Todd Bates. The move took place immediately, the Russian distributor was signed up under Al Sewell and then the Russians started pouring into the company…WRONG!
One month went by…two months…three months and so on. Not one person signed up under this Russian. Now, who benefits the most from the termination of Al Sewell and Dr. Elwardt? David Bolden Does...
So, you can see shenanigans like this have been going on for some time. ForMor has their favorites and allows their favorites freedom to do whatever they want. And if anyone opposes ForMor…they will just cut their legs out from under them. (Kind of Like a Supplement Mafai or an MLM Cartel)
Rumor has it that when Chris Gingrasso announced on a leaders conference call that Dr. Harry's termination letter was mailed out… that all these leaders actually cheered on the phone.
Why is this? They all loved Dr. Harry when they were using him to get rich, and then when they had sucked the life from his business they simply removed him. DO NOT doubt that YOU will BE Next.
There is NOT One Reason to Trust ANYONE at the Corporate Level or Top Cronies at ForMor Internation, if they will do this to Top Distributors, they will do this to you.
ForMor International, Magician Chris Gingrasso and all those Elite Boys at ForMOR are not of Integrity and if you build your business at ForMor International well then you are Wasting your Time, your money, Your Family's Time, and you are NOT building a Future..

Steve Moretta…Formor International Distributor - ForMor Quit Paying Royalty.. ForMor Terminated Steve Moretta .. Questions over All This..
Steve Moretta was a Platinum Diamond with the majority of his business being in Latin America countries. ForMor International asked him to open up Mexico for them and promised he would receive an override on every bottle purchased in Mexico.

Dr. J. Joseph Prendergrast - Formor International Distributor Terminated
Dr. J. Joseph Prendergrast…was the Chief Medical Officer with ForMor and supported ForMor by speaking around the country about arginine. When Dr. Prendergrast discovered the arginine product that ForMor had formulated did not contain the 5 grams of arginine…he immediately resigned from being the Chief Medical Officer. ForMor then terminated his distributor position taking away his residual check which he was receiving from all his patients being on the product.

Mark Rosales and Digital Pulsewave Technology
Mark Rosales introduced the Digital Pulsewave technology to ForMor through Meridian Medical and later through Medicore. Mark Rosales was also a Platinum Diamond in ForMor. He also had a contract to receive royalties on every machine that was sold. One day ForMor decided to cancel the contract and when Mark complained they terminated his distributorship, took away his residual check and said he was cross-recruiting…again without providing any proof.

Does ForMor Really Steal Downlines? The Shirley Headley Story - One Widow's Fight to Keep her Checks
Shirley Headley…her husband, Jack Headley, built his Formor International business to the Diamond level (this was in the very beginning of ForMor in November 1996) and he was receiving a nice check for his effort.
Unfortunately he passed away, (seven months after he sponsored David Nelson) but the good news is the check (kept) going to Shirley as long as she maintained the qualification, which she did.
ForMor owners would frequently talk about how great network marketing was in that Shirley could receive this residual income from the efforts of her husband.
It was truly a blessing to her.
(Several years later) ForMor decided it was not fair that she was getting all this money (and that she was not really doing anything for it) and transferred (a good portion of her) downline to under someone else and she no longer received the (substantial) check that (the distributorship was producing.) (When she inquired about where the downline had gone, she was just given no satisfactory answer.)
(Shirley hired David G. Eisenstein, an MLM attorney, to try to recover her lost downline. Eisenstein wrote a letter to ForMor. Here is part of the response that Michael Goss wrote back on February 17, 2006 as President of ForMor:
“ForMor has acted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Distributor Agreement and our published Policies and Procedures. At no time have we deprived Mrs. Headley of any remunerations due her. In fact, we have allowed her to continue to draw income even though she is and has been, in violation of the Distributor Agreement since the death of Jack.”
This response from Mr. Goss demonstrates the arbitrary and capricious manner in which ForMor owners manage the company. If Mrs. Headley was in violation, then why did ForMor make the decision to continue to pay her from 1998 until 2006?
That’s 8 years! Do you think they liked the good “press” about how great ForMor was in helping this widow and how beautiful network marketing could be when one is able to inherit a distributorship?
Here’s more from Michael Goss: “Next, please understand that the organization from which Mrs. Headley benefits, is not due to her efforts, nor the efforts of her husband. When Jack died, there was only a small organization in place. Since his death, Mrs. Headley has seen fit to do nothing to build or sustain the organization. The organization was the result of the efforts of David Nelson and others, whose efforts caused Mrs. Headley tremendous benefit.”
What does this mean exactly, “not due to the efforts of her husband”? Didn’t Jack, through his efforts, sponsor David Nelson. Isn’t this how network marketing works? Jack died 7 months after he sponsored David Nelson.
At that time, David Nelson was earning over $25,000 per month from a very large organization. To say that there was “only a small organization in place” is simply not factual.
Mrs. Headley consistently contributed on a monthly basis to co-op advertising to support the building efforts of her downline. She worked in connection with her upline Ragon Moore to qualify and manage her inherited business.
For Michael Goss to write that “Mrs. Headley has seen fit to do nothing to build or sustain the organization” is clearly not factual.
Michael Goss also wrote: “Your client has benefited to the tune of just under $1,000,000. Roughly ninety-nine percent of that was received after the death of Jack. That was received, even though she was in breach of the agreement, because of our good will as a company. As you probably know, we have a right to recover that money, since she was in breach of the agreement at the time she earned it.”
If Mrs. Headley really was in breach of the agreement, why was she not terminated early on?
My Guess is ForMor simply let it go on long enough to benefit them.
Why would ForMor pay out almost $1,000,000 to a distributor who was in breach of the agreement? Does that make sense? Do you think that she truly was in breach of the agreement? Is Michael Goss inferring that ForMor is going to go after the money that this widow has received over the 8 year period? Is that how you read this?
Michael Goss closing to the letter: “Furthermore, at this time we have chosen not to pursue your client to pay back all bonus money paid since the breach. However, we reserve the right to pursue any and all potential legal remedies in the future.”
Do you read this as a warning to Mrs Headley that she should back off or . . . we are going to come after you? This is a widow who was living off the bonus money that she rightfully inherited from the efforts of her husband Jack.
Of course, on the bottom of the first page of the letter is the ForMor declaration: “The Lord demands fairness in every business deal. He established this principle. – Proverbs 16:11”
Fairness for whom?
Who determines the fairness? Do you want Michael Goss to determine the fairness of your network marketing residual income?

I was excited to see all of our distributors who turned-out for the ForMor Regional event in Chattanooga, TN last Saturday.
I wanted to say a special thanks to all of those who came, you are making a difference.
As you know, ForMor is only successful when you, our distributors, are successful. This success comes directly from putting more people in your downline. As sign ups grow so does volume along with your team's BV, which is how we get paid.
With that in mind, I would like to give you a challenge. We have set a goal to see 8,000 new distributors join us by January 1, with 4 months left that's 2,000 a month and 100 per day. I'm asking each of you to make a personal goal that would help us achieve this number. Then email you goal to me and together we can accomplish far more than any one person.
