Dr. Harry Elwardt was the Driving Force of ForMor's Public Relations. ForMor International spoke highly of Dr. Harry all the Time, they used Harry as their "Dr" Figure to Promote ForMor, to Give them Credibility. He Seemed to me as the Only Real Visible Force at ForMor, especially on the Internet.

Dr. Harry Elwardt fit into this role that ForMor Needed nicely as long as ForMor was making big money and it seems to me that when ForMor sales started to decline due to competition in the market, lack of integrity at ForMor, and a disgraceful pay plan change by Dan Hobbs, play pretend marketing guru.. well ForMor need some dough, so they Terminated the Infamous Dr. Harry who had become the Face of ForMor to MOST.. anyone that could use a computer that is.

Dr. Harry Elwardt served on the Distributor Advisory Board as well as the Medical Advisory Board. He was responsible for the sales of over 200 DPAs to ForMor distributors as well as the certification of training of over 600 ForMor distributors.

After a meeting in November 2008, which Dr. Elwardt was not invited to, the decision was made to move away from helping people with their health issues, to focus on the financial opportunity and to change the pay plan after 13 years from the 15/45 to a 10/20.

In March 2009, Dr. Elwardt made the decision to go to another company but to leave his ForMor business as is to collect the residual income he created for years to come.

He even notified all of the ForMor top leaders and company owners of his plan to make this move based on their new direction which no longer fit into his plans to win the war against heart disease. Just sixty days later, ForMor terminated his position, taking away his check and said he was cross-recruiting, but never provided any proof.
