James Abbey - ForMor International.. getting lot's of Traffic

Many seem to be interested in my James Abbey Post. So many, in fact that at this point I am starting to see that James Abbey may very well be a part of those policy changes at ForMor. Why would he say things like no one being terminated without cause and send me that message ?

Does he think I will say "oh sorry, I lied" "just having a bad day". I mean what was the real point of the message telling me I NEED to STOP?

Look Deeper James Abbey, Cardio Cocktail and ForMor International are NOT who you think they are.. look into the details of every post.. Call Prendergast, Call any previous folks on the Medical Staff, DIG DEEP and FIND the Truth for YourSelf. Call people fired from Formor and who had their downline Stolen.. DO NOT BELIEVE ME.. do your OWN research.

I was NOT Really Terminated.. I mean come on, obviously a blog like this would make ForMor finally Remove me as a Distributor, Yet sometimes it seems I still may be there.. not sure really.

I Quit many months Before, but ForMor needs Snail mail and I did not want to do that so I was not allowed to Quit. So yes, finally a Termination Letter after they FINALLY figured out who owned FormorSucks.com and then a Cease and Desist with a Termination and some Bible Verses Slipped in.

They harassed Me, removed or change where my links went to weekly, I DID TALK TO THEM, and after all the money and work put in then the Pay plan fiasco.. Well for Me Formor International did not have integrity, for me they lied, they changed policy at random and from my point of view ForMor International is not a company of integrity, not a company who has your back or encourages you to grow a good business or that you could trust that business would be there after you spent years building it.. you never know when a lie or a policy change will steal your entire downline..

And on top of all this, the Original MarcusS McFiddle Video was VERY offensive and is When I had Taken Enough... ForMor never helped me, or encouraged my business to grow in any way.. this is simply my experience for me.. Take it or Leave it. You Do not Have to Read this Blog.

ForMor has never terminated anyone with out going to them and asking them to stop breaking the rules. So apparently you broke the rules.

This is NOT true, ask around, ForMor certainly Has Terminated People for NO Real Reason.

I BROKE the Rules over a YEAR ago when I had a WEBSITE, as did my Up line and my UPLINES Up lines.. I was not Terminated for that.. The Rules constantly changed, I joined with internet marketing as my main plan of sales, they were all doing it, then Formor emailed me and said no one had a website, this was in their defense to why do the links keep changing, well your not allowed to have a Website.. What? They all did.

You can believe what makes you sleep at night. Be careful you never know if your breaking a Rule at ForMor International, they change the rules at random. You cannot keep up unless your helping them to Make THE RULES... then there is the WE look the other Way for the Distributors we love.. and OR we let them Build HUGE down lines then fire them for something they were really doing all along.

You are trying to take out good distributors as well when you slander the company.

That is Just Too Bad, ForMor Promotes Discrimination and HATE, ForMor Lies, I am telling the Truth If it Hurts you TOO bad, consumers like I was deserve to know the TRUTH. By the Way TRUTH is NOT Slander, it is TRUTH..

The price change of Cardio Cocktail has dearly upset those hard working ForMor Distributers, they feel that just when they learn something ForMor International changes things on them and their is no way to consistantly make money and with honor and dignity.

Formor changes prices, policies, procedures, ingredients, and product at every turn in the road and there is not way to actually get ahead in Formor International. And no way to count on them staying in your corner, they knock out links, they change the program and the pay at whim, and when you call them on their dirt they sent you scriptures with your terminations. Furthermore, the resigning or terminated Distributor shall have no right to purchase additional products or receive additional commissions or bonuses from ForMor International.

If a Distributor’s Distributorship is terminated from any ForMor International affiliated Company, whether domestic or foreign, the Distributorship governed by these Policies and Procedures may also be terminated.

A Distributor who has had his or her Distributor status terminated by ForMor International may make re-application as a Distributor after waiting twelve (12) months from the date the termination became effective.

Termination is retroactive to the beginning of the month in which the termination became effective. "HISTORY

ForMor began in the fall of 1992 when founder Stan Goss saw the opportunity to create a company that combined his 3 keys to success:

-High distributor compensation -Outstanding products that get results -Great customer service
He called that company Advanced Products, Inc. The company grew from a local company to a regional company with distributors primarily in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and North Carolina. By 1996, three of Stan’s four children were actively involved in the company’s operations.

When the Goss Family looked out over the landscape of network marketing in 1996, they saw the need for something fresh. They saw the need to have a company dedicated to the unique needs of the distributors. They saw the need to have a company that provided the best products available and great service. But most of all, they saw the need to offer a business opportunity designed to empower part-time distributors and reward business builders.

When they were approached by Ragon Moore in November of 1996 about a revolutionary financial plan idea, the Gosses moved quickly. They took their long-time experience and launched the most aggressive network marketing financial plan ever in network marketing. They called the company, ForMor International.

Stan Goss was named the Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Goss, Stan’s only son, was named President. ForMor exploded onto the network marketing landscape November 14th, 1996.

Why is ForMor violating the FTC ruling about all MLMs having “a ten customer rule?”

In the early 1979 case… Amway vs. U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC)…

The FTC ruled that a multi-level company was only compliant as long as every distributor was working toward gathering ten customers…

“The '10 customer' rule states that '[i]n order to obtain the right to earn Performance Bonuses on the volume of products sold by him to his sponsored distributors during a given month, a sponsoring distributor must make not less than one sale at retail to each of ten different customers that month and produce proof of such sales to his sponsor. This rule makes retail selling an essential part of being a distributor.”

In February of 2009, ForMor International, under the leadership of Dan Hobbs, changed the compensation plan and eliminated all customers and instructed the distributors that they were no longer to gather customers…only distributors.

This is in direct violation of the FTC ruling established in 1979. In fact, after receiving heat from their distributors, ForMor eventually backed down from boldly telling their distributorship to do this, but even today it is impossible to track customers in the back office system they provide their distributors, so there is no way of knowing if the distributors are being compliant in gathering customers or just signing up distributors, which, according to the FTC ruling, distributors do not count as customers and thus do not fulfill the “10 customer rule.”

They are not charging sales tax on any product purchased by their customers or distributors except in the state of Arkansas where they are located. They are leaving this up to their distributors working outside the state of Arkansas.

However, they are also failing to monitor the charge of state sales tax on any product sold to a customer by any of their distributors, who are actually 1099 employees of ForMor, outside the state of Arkansas.

Why did ForMor quit selling and endorsing the use of the Digital Pulsewave Analyzer?

The Digital Pulsewave Analyzer ( the DPA Machine) was, at one time being sold through ForMor International as a package deal that included several bottles of their arginine product Argenix.

People using the DPA screening device were testing people, recording the results, starting them on Argenix and then showing them how much they improved 4 to 6 weeks later.

The results were amazing and everyone was excited about the possibilities, until ForMor released their new formula arginine called Cardio Cocktail.

Not only was the cost of this product twice as much as the Argenix, but people using the DPA starting noticing they were not getting the same positive results they were getting when using the Argenix; in fact, many customers tests actually got worse.

This was a red flag for ForMor so they pulled the selling of the DPA technology and started telling their distributors to quit using their DPAs.

ForMor International did this instead of Making Arginex Better? ForMor International is in no way Consumer Friendly and is NOT acting with Good Faith and Within the Boundaries of the law.

Why did Dr. J. Joseph Prendergrast resign as ForMor’s Chief Medical Advisor?

Dr. Prendergrast was Chief Medical Advisor for ForMor International for a little over 2 years and was using ForMor’s arginine product exclusively in his practice with about 2500 patients. During his second year with ForMor, Dr. Prendergrast discovered his diabetic patients were not getting the same results they were getting when he first started using the arginine formula Argenix.

Dr. Prendergrast decided to have the product analyzed at an independent laboratory and when the lab results came back he was shocked. The product no longer contained the 5 grams of arginine that ForMor had been promoting and had written on their label.

So Joseph Prendergast could no longer, with good conscience promote a product that was inferior to what his patients needs were or a company that was falsely labeling their products and deceiving their distributors and customers.

Time to Blow the Whistle on ForMor International, Dr. Predergast is Awesome, however, why did Dr. Prendergast NOT warn the Public at Large of this Horrible Injustice. I mean people's lives are at stake?
